EqualStack was started by four senior engineers who wanted to build software the way it should be built: small senior teams, honest communication and code that lasts.
Our story
Why we started EqualStack
Between us, we have spent 25+ years building software for FinTech firms, insurers, healthcare providers, US government programmes, real-estate platforms and fast-growing startups. We led teams, rescued projects and shipped products used by thousands of people.
We kept seeing the same problem: clients paying for senior expertise but getting junior teams, layers of account management and code nobody wanted to maintain. So we built the company we would want to hire.
The name says it. Equal because we work as equal partners with our clients, and every engineer is senior. Stack because we cover the whole of it, from database to pixel.
