Can we switch engagement models later?
Yes. Many clients start with a fixed-price discovery or MVP, move to time & material after launch, and later convert to a dedicated team. The same engineers stay with you.
How do you handle scope changes on fixed-price projects?
Through a lightweight change request: we estimate the impact on cost and timeline, you approve it, and we update the plan. No surprises on the invoice.
What is the minimum engagement?
Fixed-price projects start from a small discovery phase. Dedicated engineers are typically engaged for at least three months so they can build real context on your product.
Which time zones do you cover?
We're based in India (IST) and plan overlap hours with each client. That typically means mornings for US East Coast, full afternoons for the UK and Europe, and full mornings for the Middle East and Australia.
