Case study
A cloud CMS that runs content on screens across hundreds of retail locations
A multi-tenant content management system that schedules and pushes media to in-store screens, with offline playback and real-time device health.
- Screens managed from one console
- Hundreds
- To roll out a new campaign
- Minutes
- Blank screens during outages
- Near-zero
The challenge
Store managers uploaded content through a slow legacy tool, and head office had no reliable way to know which screens were actually playing the right campaign.
Screens frequently lost connectivity, so playback had to keep working offline and resync cleanly.
Our solution
We built a multi-tenant React CMS with drag-and-drop playlists, scheduling by region and store, and role-based approval for brand content.
Players cache playlists locally and report heartbeat and proof-of-play events. A device dashboard flags offline or misconfigured screens before customers notice.
- Schedule campaigns by brand, region, store or individual screen
- Offline-first playback with automatic resync
- Live device health and proof-of-play reporting
