CRM tooling that helped a real-estate brokerage respond to leads faster

Lead capture, routing and follow-up tools layered on top of an existing CRM, with a fast agent-facing interface.

The challenge

Leads arrived from listing portals, ads and the website in different formats. Agents missed or duplicated follow-ups, and slow response times cost deals.

Our solution

We built a GraphQL layer that normalises leads from every source and routes them to the right agent by area, price band and availability.

A Next.js agent workspace shows each lead's history, suggested next action and listing matches, and it is fast on mobile between viewings.

  • Unified lead inbox across every source
  • Rule-based routing by area, price and availability
  • Mobile-friendly agent workspace
